Hey there. I have a few random things here. More interesting things are up top.
Some patches to various software, mostly for the Linux kernel to support a custom hardware platform created by fishcamp engineering. Speaking of code, I wrote a program to solve Boggle puzzles. The code is really fast, if ugly. I've written an even uglier web-based frontend. It'll get prettier sometime.
I go backpacking, and travel whenever I can. It's fun. While I'm out and about, I take photos with my digital camera. It makes me look like a genius, even though I've barely mastered the point-and-shoot. The Olympus C-3040z may getting a little long-in-the-tooth by today's standards, but is still a wonderful piece of machinery.
Some of the photos work nicely as desktop wallpaper. Feel free to use them for any non-commercial purpose.
One of the times I was hiking, I got a phone call from a friend who was riding his bike, who saw us. We were on top of a mountain, so he was farther away than you might expect. I took some photos of him on his bicycle.
In case you're curious what I look like — perhaps to catch me in a dark alley sometime — there are a couple of decent photos of me. (What, thought I'd post the bad ones? C'mon, get real :-).)
